Orders will be fulfilled after a check on the availability of the product and payment has been carried out. If it is impossible to fulfil the order, the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
Shipments will be delivered within 2 to 7 working days depending on the delivery area and the time that the order was placed or payment received.
Returns
We aim to guarantee full satisfaction to everyone in the on-line purchase process.
Therefore, you can easily return the product received if you are not satisfied; you cannot, however, change the product. In this case, you must return the first product and then, purchase another one.
The cost of returning the product will be borne by Bambi Srl.
To guarantee this service, you are requested to observe the following indications:
- the return form provided must be filled out correctly and sent to us with the product within ten (10) working days from the date the product was received;
- the form contains the instructions for making a return and the phone number of the courier to arrange the pick-up.
- the product must be in its original condition and not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- the attached ticket and/or product seal must not have been removed;
- the product must be returned in its original packaging;
- the returned product must be sent to us in a single shipment.
When these conditions have been verified, we will refund you the price of the purchased products which, if you follow the procedure, will also include the return costs.
If not, you will bear the return costs.
You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not meet the above-mentioned conditions. In this case, you can choose to pay for the products purchased to be returned to you. If you refuse this shipment, we reserve the right to withhold the products and the corresponding payment for their purchase.
